Bismihi Ta'ala
Hadhrat Abu Darda (RadhiyAllaahu 'anho) narrates that Rasulullah
(SallAllaahu 'alayhi wasallam) said, “Whoever
recites this morning and evening seven times, then Allah Ta'ala will become
sufficient for his worries of both worlds.”
(Ruhul Ma’ani, Vol 2, pg. 53)
According to another report, one will not have any restlessness,
troubles and nor will one die due to drowning, during that morning and evening.
